The passenger ferry is wheelchair accessible. The visitor center has a ramp, and the auditorium inside has an assistive listening system for those with hearing loss. Accessible parking and restrooms are provided. The state of South Carolina does not provide any accessible swimming options at Hammocks Beach State Park.
