The concession area, fishing pier, and both picnic shelters at Paddy's Creek are wheelchair accessible. The picnic shelter and park office at Catawba River are also accessible. The park has four accessible campsites: 2 at Paddy's Creek and 2 at Catawba. The state of South Carolina does not provide any accessible swimming options at Lake James State Park.
